Access to the event is allowed only with the purchase of an extra. The extras are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable. All info in Night Sky’s Terms & Conditions.

How it works

Extra

You won’t need a pass to access the event, you just have to buy the extras of your choice.

Extras available are as follows:

1:1 CALLS: 4-minute single video call with guest. Moderator always present. Max 2 per person.
1:3 CALLS: 6 minute video call where 3 people and the guest will be present. Moderator always present.
Meet&Greet: 30-minute group video call. In turn, you will be able to ask questions of the guest by notifying the moderator, who will always be present on the call.
Personalized video message (max 45 sec): you will receive a video message that you can personalize with the dedication of your choice (max 300 characters). Customization requests must be sent to Night Sky before the close of sales and will not be editable.

Regulation

We remind you of the rules of the event:

Every single extra counts for one person. This means that only one person may be present in the screen. If this is not met, any additional people will have to be turned away and the video call may be interrupted.
We strongly recommend connecting to the video call at least 5 minutes before the time indicated in the email containing the link to the event room. Delays will be handled to the best of our ability, but make-ups are not guaranteed, so it is not Night Sky’s responsibility to ensure the success of the video call.

Specific rules for 1:3 CALLS.

Groups who wish to be placed in the same video call must notify Night Sky of their desire to be together by sending an email to help@night-sky.it at the time of purchase. Those who do not send the request will be placed in groups of 3 at random.
Groups that would like to make multiple calls (extending the call time) will have to absolutely all purchase the same number of calls.
If the minimum number of people for group creation is not reached, the call may not be made. The individual case will be handled by Night Sky beforehand at the beginning of the event.
Groups of two people who would like to be alone in 1:3 calls must absolutely purchase the third ticket and notify Night Sky of their desire by sending an email to help@night-sky.it at the time of purchase.

Please note: the event will take place in the presence of Italy/USA time zones so we ask for your utmost cooperation in checking your assigned times and emailing your specific needs as soon as possible.
